This is done on an administrative basis so that all post-completion formalities are completed and you end up with a freehold unencumbered plot.
Whilst our solicitors will be happy to answer any administrative queries you may have, such as where to sign on forms and the like, they are unable to offer you any legal advice. Should you have any concerns please contact us and should you still be unclear we would suggest you consult your own solicitor.
